JORAND SALMON, bassist of belated Amnesia Amnesia and I had a chance to catch up on some good ol’ times and knock out a few questions that have beel floating around in my mind.  A few weeks ago we had seen Amnesia Amnesia play their final show. Amnesia Amnesia were the first band to be endorsed by Promos4Awareness. And they will be dearly missed. This band is one of the most outrageously nice guys I have ever met. Most hospitable and friendly people on earth. Here’s to a band that will be missed.

Friday February 26, 2010 was a good night!
After much confusion about the situation, I had made it down to Belleville to see Silverstein and my homeboys in Amnesia Amnesia at Matt & Joe’s (shout out to security guard Doug). The show had a solid crowd for a small town venue and was so intense that the hockey game was almost a blur to the audience.

Monday evening, Amnesia Amnesia posted a blog announcing the departure of vocalist Tyler and asking if anyone is interested in being their new lead vocalist. They will shortly be recording an instrumental of one of their new songs which will be on the album very soon at Newcomb Studios and will let everyone know when that will be posted for anyone interested in vocal tryouts. Jordan and Jason from Amnesia Amnesia and I got together before a show in Oshawa at the Atria and took some real quick shoots for aids awareness. The theme here is AIDS and how they trap and silence people, which is represented by the red tape over their mouths (Silencing) and holding them left with no defense (Around their bodies, pinning their arms). The Bellville, Ontario boys Amnesia Amnesia have had a history with Promos4Awareness.com being featured on the website many times before.
