PROTEST THE HERO have recently announced that they will be playing a series of Canadian tour dates for late March and early April. The band’s canadian journey, dubbed SNOCORE 2010, will be presented by JAGERMEISTER and will commence in Montreal on March 23rd and wrap up in BC April the 4th. Supporting acts to be Theset, Hawthorne Heights, Elias, and Abandon All Ships (playing select shows)

It’s been announced that Copeland will beheading out on their final tour and they want help from their fans to create a set list. They have announced that the set list will be voted by the fans and the final results will be announced just before the tour. With the news of the 3OH!3 and Cobra Starship playing Bamboozle having hit the presses (Do they still use presses anymore? Wait….not the point. Focus!) it’s not a big surprise to see that 3OH!3 and Cobra Starship will be hitting the road together in a headliner tour dubbed “TOO FAST FOR LOVE” Presented by MTV. Alongside these two bands will be Travie McCoy (Gym Class Heroes) and I Fight Dragons as supporting acts.

The Word Alive has announced a tour with awesome dudes in Stray From The Path! I had a chance to shoot Stray From The Path last year in a really really quick photo shoot in the middle of a parking lot after a sick set in Whitby. They were on tour with Tony Danza Extravaganza and The Number 12 Looks Like You and these guys are totally awesome.

After a long time without hearing from THE ATARIS and knowing what they are up to but they have just announced a new extensive tour lasting two months from feb to april across the United States, unfortunately no Canadian dates. The Take Action Tour (originally known as the Plea for Peace Tour) is an annual spring tour that not only hosts several bands, but also tries to get people alerted about the issues with teen suicide, and ultimately tries to prevent it. The tour was created by both Sub City and Hopeless Records. A portion of the ticket sales and compilation CD sales are donated to the cause.
This year the tour has not been as public as previous years, and I was sad to hear that the TAKE ACTION tour …
