Dancing With Paris: Long Days and Late Nights (Video 2)

This July Dancing With Paris (http://www.myspace.com/dancingwithparis) kicked off their summer on the road with the Canada Day Week Tour with Set Anchors and King Cobra. Their video blog series ‘Long Days and Late Nights’ captures most the action that went down on and off stage. This episode also features a demo version of a new song ‘Roller Skates’ that was performed throughout the tour.

Dancing With Paris: Long Days and Late Nights (Video 1)

Dancing With Paris have just released a new blog series called “Long Days and Late Nights” which shows there off stage antics and live footage from their past shows. This episode features stuff from SCENEfest 2010, late night adventures, a little Iceing action long-boarding sessions and more. All this and more can always be found on this Myspace channel as well as their YouTube page.

Reading and Leeds Festival Adds Many Bands

A few months ago we released the first details about the Reading and Leeds festival on August 27-29. The festival is to feature acts such as Blink-182, Paramore, Guns’n’Roses, and Lostprophets.

Travis Barker talks to MTV news about UK appearances

World famous Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker had a recent chit chat with the fellow at MTV News and leaked some information that the rockers would be traveling through Europe in August for festival appearances. The band has already been rumoured to be playing a slot at the UK dual event.
“We go to Europe in August for all the festivals… we do, like, six weeks out there, and then our album will come out probably early next year,” he explained.
Blink-182 seemed to have dropped the ball about a appearance at the Reading And Leeds Festivals this August. …

NeverSayNever 2010 announces Haiti Relief Efforts benefits

Yeah, another festival post. This one is actually for an amazing cause though, with some amazing bands!
NeverSayNever has been an ongoing festival which actually supports a not-profit organization. This year the festival will be benefiting the Haiti Relief Fund in collaboration the American Red Cross and UNICEF to help with relief efforts by donating 100% of total profits! With a lot of music industry collaborations with not-for-profits raising funds for the haiti relief funds, I think this festival is right up in the right alley!

Hoodwink 2010 Information

The Bamboozle Festival is the mother of a tiny little festival named HoodWinkwhich features two days, one in california, and the other being in New Jersey. The bands listings have been announced for both days, alongside with the bands they will be covering. Should be interesting! Let’s hope the Jersey Shore cast is there on April 30th.
Here’s a detail of the both dates featured on HoodWink this year:

Download 2010 First Bands Announced

Festivals and tours are the biggest thing for fans to look forward to across the world. With the new decade rounding the corner and festival season upon us, the competition is heating up in the UK with the new release of the Download Festival’s first set of bands being announced. Organizers have released the first draft of bands for the Donington Park three day event known as Download Festival.
