Reading through a book given to me by a co-worker this morning I came upon this site, and I decided to register and play it. The idea of AKOHA.com is just random acts of kindness which when you complete them, give you points. It helps people spead good deeds across the world. It might be sad that we need a website to help us do some acts of kindness, but I think it is a fun initiative and will help promote some fun enthusiasm into the daily routine.

I got together with some new clients, a band who goes by the name of CENTRAL BLVD, and took some quick pictures for a photo shoot. The lineup has been announced for this year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival featurings acts by: Korn and Rob Zombie. Atreyu, Norma Jean, Shadows Fall will also be along fore the North american venture which kicks off July 10th in San Bernardino, California, running through to late August with stops in over 20 cities along the way.

We Are Alaska and Promos4Awarenss.com collaborated their efforts into making a Animal Cruelty theme shoot to help raise awareness about animal cruelty a in early November. The band approached me with a theme in mind to help raise awareness against animal cruelty. So what I did was take it a step further and I built this huge cage out of recycled products and set them in the cage, to represent the torture to animals. All four of them in one cage. Singer/songwriter Vic Chestnutt (November 12, 1964 – December 25, 2009) has passed away in a Athens, Georgia hospital, as reported by the New York Times. Earlier this week, Vic was reported to had fallen into a coma after overdosing on muscle relaxants at the young age of 45. Vic, a paraplegic artist’s first big breakthrough to commercial success came with the release of the tribute album Sweet Relief II: Gravity of the Situation

Last week was the worst operational week in Promos4Awareness’s history.

Many of you who navigated to the website were unintentionally greeted with a apology letter from the downtime. Complications occurred with the web hosting which disrupted the operations of promos4awareness. With the busy holiday season upon us, I am struggling to get the website back up and operational.

I have gone to extreme measures to create a temporary website for the meantime.
