On display was; Sleep When You’re Dead, Of Soldiers And Saints, Cederdale, Know Where You Stand, and to headline the show the band everyone came to see As You Like Me.
I would first like to start not by reviewing and talking about the bands, but the people attending these shows. The last few TOP SHELF shows have had …

Amnesia Amnesia were the first band to be endorsed by Promos4Awareness. And they will be dearly missed. This band is one of the most outrageously nice guys I have ever met. Most hospitable and friendly people on earth. Here’s to a band that will be missed.
RIP: Amnesia Amnesia (Jordan Salmon, Shayne Gosselin, Graham Stone, Jason Goettler)

I had the opportunity to sponsor the MICHEAL FROH (Herbal Remedies EP Release Tour) in Oshawa. The show was put on by by the wonderful Pure Grain Promos (Thanks Gillian!) who I have had the pleasure of working with for a few years now, and I always love it. Everyone give Gillian a HUGE thanks for picking up this event and putting it on!
You can read a review from the show RIGHT HERE.

After two years of hiding, Kathleen Turner Overdrive came out of their holes and played one last FINAL show to their fans.
Of Soldiers And Saints opened the show with their energetic set and great stage presence. The Whitby, Ontario locals set the stage for following acts, it was hard to see what dirrection the show was about to go. With our endorsed band OSAS pumping out a new song for us to hear (SIX SIX SIX – kidding guys) it made us all a little bit more excited to hear their new …

I would like to first of all congratulate the following for putting on such an intense show: Counterparts, Kingdoms, Therefore I Am, Four Letter Lie, We Came As Romans, as well as Unreal Promotions and Revelation Entertainment. These two amazing companies have put on one of the best shows that the Durham Region has seen in a few years, without a doubt. With the most energetic crowd that Oshawa has seen in years, and the most intense performances to compliment the crowd presence. Also I would like to extend a …

A huge thanks to Matthew Gilbert for putting on this amazing show with some great bands on showcase at the Top Shelf in Ajax. The shoe went off without a hitch and it run smooth. The venue saw a fairly large crowd (considering the holidays) and i think all the bands were more than pleased with the show itself!
Bands who played this bill were: On Burning Shores, Dancing With Paris (NEW Promos4Awareness Band), Zombie Riot (CD Release Party), Of Soldiers And Saints (Promos4Awareness Band), The Fall Of Melusine (Promos4Awareness Band).

Le Skratch in Oshawa was host to a extravagant Revelation Entertainment event hosting some of the most recognizable bands within the local music scene today. Acts such as local boy headliners PROTEST THE HERO, Toronto based co-headliners ABANDON ALL SHIPS and supporting acts THE GO TIME, THE SET, and OF SOLDIERS AND SAINTS. This was a spectacle not be reckon with. After almost two years of the hometown boys in Protest The Hero not having played a set back home it was bound to make this event a night to …

Friday February 26, 2010 was a good night!
After much confusion about the situation, I had made it down to Belleville to see Silverstein and my homeboys in Amnesia Amnesia at Matt & Joe’s (shout out to security guard Doug). The show had a solid crowd for a small town venue and was so intense that the hockey game was almost a blur to the audience.
Here are some of the shots from the show:
Thanks to all the boys in Silverstein and Amnesia Amnesia for being amazing! For more information or to …
